That’s why we’re excited to share something new and special with you: our collection of five unblended, single-source coffees, each grown in one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated regions.
From the misty highlands to the rugged valleys, every region carries its own character, flavors, and traditions. Here’s what’s on the menu:

- Jimma – Bold, earthy, and full-bodied with deep chocolate undertones.

- Yirgacheffe – Bright, tea-like, and floral with delicate layers of sweetness.
Each of these coffees is 100% organic, roasted in small batches, and never blended — because we believe every bean should tell its own story, just as nature intended.
